Neuro-Linguistic Programming

What is NLP?

Neuro – What is happening in our minds.

Linguistic – Language and how we use it.

Programming – Persistent patterns of behaviour that we learn and then repeat.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) therapy incorporates NLP, a set of language and sensory based interventions and behavior-modification techniques designed to help improve the client’s self-awareness, confidence, communication skills, and social actions.

The goals of NLP are to help the client understand that the way they view the world affects how they operate in the world, and that it is necessary to change the thoughts and behaviour patterns that have not proven beneficial in the past and that only serve to block the healing process and success.

NLP has been used to treat fears and phobias, anxiety, poor self-esteem, stress, post-traumatic stress disorder, and overall reduced quality of life due to various psychological issues.
